RevenueHero Wrapped 2024: Reflecting on the Wins with Highlights

2024 flew past us in warp speed. Here is our glimpse of the year that saw us double our customer base, launch 30+ features, and work with some of the best in SaaS

2024 was the year of retention, experimentation, learning and growth for us. Having officially launched RevenueHero to the world around this same time 2 years back (December 2022), 2023 was the first year of sunlight for us as a product, company, process and people.

The year where all the decisions made in product, process and people was put to the first rite of passage and was cured of any doubts, assumptions, and set expectations straight. It’s fair to say that the experience felt like the first time out on the road, behind the wheel after you got your license.

Excited, nervous and raring to go. Only, imagine doing that with a fully decked out Tesla. We’d built our product out based on feedback from several operators in the space, and were learning how to navigate the many paths to the market and taking our own route in the process.

From announcing our fund raise, to closing the year out with hundreds of customers, amazing feedback and shout outs from customers, and massive updates to the product, and memorable moments of marketing, the year swept past us like a dream.

Come 2024, we pinched ourselves, knew it was real and put pedal to the metal and tried new ways. Here is how that went:

Product

Through the course of the year RevenueHero evolved from the best scheduling experience for all channels, to the best meeting orchestration product for Ops teams. 

We focused on the real messy parts of delivering an interested prospect to the right person in your revenue team. The plumbing and wiring that gets tucked away to be dealt with by Ops teams across industries. 

We launched 30 features focused just on this, and several more around booking experiences, branding, show rate optimisation and data exports. You can check out our complete changelog here.

Learning from the RevenueHeros

When we started planning Masters of Revenue, our first virtual summit, we knew one thing for sure - the best insights and learning for RevOps and Demand gen folks come from practitioners who've been there, done that.

And wow, did 2024 prove us right! Through 500+ registrants and multiple speaker sessions, we got to learn from some of the best minds in the space sharing their hard-earned lessons - from balancing PLG with Enterprise sales, to setting up your first RevOps function, to running ABM programs on a budget.

The conversations were so good, we couldn't stop at just the summit. The Revenue Stream became our way to continue learning from folks who inspire us in the industry. Getting to learn alongside our community and watching everyone grow together has been one of the most satisfying parts of 2024.

Customers

2024 was surreal in more ways than one. We doubled our customer base, but what makes us truly grateful is seeing our early customers grow with us, actively shaping our product and roadmap.

Getting to work with brands we've admired from afar - Freshworks, Nooks, Customer.io, Appcues, Clay, Sendoso and several others - felt like a dream. But what made it even more special was hearing these amazing companies not just use our product, but love it enough to tell others about it.

Here's to the folks who took an early bet on us, and to everyone who trusted us with their GTM workflows. We'll keep pushing the boundaries in 2025!
