What you’ll need to get started
- A RevenueHero account connected to your CRM
- A ZoomInfo account with enrichment enabled
- A custom form implemented on your website
How it works:
- Set up hidden fields and sync with your CRM by adding hidden fields to your web forms to capture enriched data from ZoomInfo for every lead. If you’re using ZoomInfo’s FormComplete tool, refer to their implementation guide to set up the fields correctly.
- Then, go to RevenueHero Settings > Integrations > Configure CRM and refresh fields to pull in the latest form data.
- Map fields in RevenueHero by heading to RevenueHero > Inbound Router > Forms and linking the enriched fields to the corresponding contact fields in your CRM. This ensures that RevenueHero can use the right data points for routing.

- Create qualification and routing rules based on the enriched data. Use details like company size, revenue, or industry to automatically qualify leads and send them to the right rep—without any manual intervention.

Test, test, and test again! Try different test emails, check that enriched data fills in correctly, and verify routing logs in RevenueHero to make sure leads are going where they should. If anything seems off, field mismatches are usually the culprit!
