How it works

RevenueHero's native Intercom integration enables an inline scheduling experience within your messenger, letting prospects book meetings while maintaining the context of their conversation. The integration allows you to combine your intercom context, and CRM details to prefill input fields to qualify and route meetings to the right sales teams without asking your prospects to repeat details about themselves.

Integration Setup

When you first integrate RevenueHero with Intercom, you'll authorise access to enable the scheduling experience within your messenger. RevenueHero will connect to your existing router configuration to:

1. Handle meeting qualification and routing
2. Update meeting information in your CRM
3. Maintain accurate meeting distribution across channels

Once connected, here's how RevenueHero works with your Intercom:

1. During chat conversations:
   • Prospects can book meetings directly within the messenger
   • No forms to fill if prospect details already exist in Intercom
   • Uses existing conversation context for routing
2. Based on your configuration:
   • Show the RevenueHero scheduler in messenger home
   • Add scheduling options in automated workflows
   • Enable booking through bot conversations
3. After a meeting is booked:
   • Sends calendar invites to prospect and assigned rep
   • Updates meeting details in your CRM
   • Maintains meeting distribution equity across channels
   • Provides unique attribution for chat-booked meetings
