RevenueHero’s native integration with Typeform enables you to add intelligent meeting scheduling to your Typeform submissions. When prospects fill out your Typeform, RevenueHero evaluates the responses in real time and triggers a scheduling experience based on your configured routing rules. This ensures leads are automatically connected with the right rep at the right time.
What you'll need to get started
- A RevenueHero account with administrative access
- A Typeform account
- Your Typeform form ID (found in your typeform URL)
How it works
RevenueHero integrates directly with your Typeform forms to provide a smooth scheduling experience. Here’s how it works:
- When a prospect submits your Typeform, they are redirected to a URL you’ve configured in the form settings. This URL includes query parameters for the submitted form values, such as name and email (mandatory for RevenueHero) and any other fields used for routing. RevenueHero listens for this data, allowing Typeform to process the submission as usual without disrupting your existing workflows.
- RevenueHero evaluates the form submission data against your routing rules. Using your unique Typeform ID (found in the form URL when editing), RevenueHero identifies the most suitable sales rep and displays their calendar for scheduling.
- On the page prospects are redirected to after submitting the Typeform, RevenueHero automatically displays the scheduler, allowing them to book a meeting instantly.
