When a visitor submits a Gatsby form, RevenueHero automatically triggers a scheduling experience based on your configured routing rules, ensuring that leads are connected with the right sales rep at the right time.

How it works
RevenueHero integrates directly with your Gatsby forms to provide a smooth scheduling experience. Here’s how it works:
- When a prospect submits your Gatsby form, RevenueHero captures the form data without disrupting your existing Gatsby workflows. This allows you to continue using your form for lead capture and other processes while enabling the scheduling experience.
- RevenueHero evaluates the form data in real time and determines the appropriate sales rep based on your routing rules. It then displays the selected rep’s calendar to allow the prospect to schedule a meeting.
To trigger the scheduler, you’ll need to add RevenueHero’s installation script to the page where your form is located. This script will enable the scheduler to appear after a successful form submission, allowing your prospects to instantly book meetings.
