About this integration
RevenueHero's Microsoft Teams integration automatically creates and manages video conferencing for all your sales meetings. Every time a prospect books a meeting, a Teams link is automatically created and added to the calendar invite. With the Microsoft Teams integration, you can:
- Automatically create Teams meetings for every scheduled call
- Include meeting links in calendar invites and email reminders
- Automate meeting link generation for rescheduled calls
- Auto-cancel Teams meetings for cancelled meetings
What you'll need to get started
- Users onboarded to your RevenueHero account
- Microsoft 365 accounts for each user in RevenueHero
- Permission to add apps to their Microsoft account as an individuals
How it works
- Users of RevenueHero authenticate RevenueHero with their Microsoft accounts, to allow RevenueHero to generate MS Teams links on behalf of them, for meetings booked on their calendar.
- Once authenticated, any time a meeting is booked for the user, where they are the owner of the meeting, the RevenueHero integration generates a Teams link that is unique to that meeting, and automatically adds it to the calendar invite for that meeting.
- Any time a meeting is rescheduled, the old meeting in Teams is deleted, and a new unique meeting link is created and added to the new calendar invite.
- Users will be able to disconnect their MS Teams integration at any time through RevenueHero by clicking on the toggle “Microsoft Teams conference links for meetings” to turn off the Microsoft Teams integration.
You can now use MS Teams as your video conferencing tool, even if you’re connected to your Google calendar.
