Use your existing Zoho details to match, qualify and route meetings to the right owners in your CRM. Automate meeting activity logging, and distribution of meetings for net new leads and contacts from all your channels. 

How it works 

RevenueHero’s native Zoho integration authenticates using admin permissions to read leads and contacts from your Zoho account. This allows RevenueHero to route meetings based on your CRM data from any channel.

When you first integrate RevenueHero with Zoho, based on your Admin’s API privileges, RevenueHero creates custom properties on your contact and lead object to store information about meetings processed by RevenueHero.

When meetings are created or updated, RevenueHero writes relevant information to the associated object in Zoho based on your rule configuration.

Once connected, here's how RevenueHero works with your Zoho account:

  1. When a prospect submits a form, RevenueHero instantly checks your Zoho records to:
    • Match the prospect against existing contacts and leads.
    • Verify ownership by checking if the assigned sales rep is active and present in RevenueHero to avoid outdated or ambiguous ownership.
    • For net new records, distribute meetings to the right sales rep based on rule configuration in RevenueHero.
    • Apply your custom qualification rules to determine eligibility for scheduling.
  1. Based on the lookup results:
    • Qualified leads see available times of the right sales rep 
    • Existing accounts get routed to their owners based on contact or lead custom fields ownership.
  1. After a meeting is booked, RevenueHero:
    • Sends calendar invites to the prospect/assigned rep.
    • Syncs all meeting details (e.g.,prospect form-fill info, meeting outcomes) to Zoho activities in real time.
    • Keeps ownership assignments up to date 
    • Waits on parallel activity updates to ensure uniqueness of logged activity
