How it works

RevenueHero's native Google Meet integration creates unique video conferencing links for each meeting booked through RevenueHero. The integration uses your Google Workspace account to generate meeting links that are automatically added to calendar invites.

What you'll need to get started

• Users onboarded to your RevenueHero account
• Google workspace accounts for each user in RevenueHero
• Permission to add apps to their Google account as an individuals

Integration Setup

When your team logs in to RevenueHero for the first time, they're prompted to connect their Google Calendars with RevenueHero, and as part of the process choose whether they want to use Google meet as the conference link for meetings booked on the calendar. Once authorised, users allow RevenueHero to:

• Create Google Meet links
• Add links to calendar invites

Once connected, here's how RevenueHero works with Google Meet:

1. When a meeting is booked:
   • Creates a unique Google Meet link for each booked meeting
   • Adds the link to calendar invites and location for the meeting
2. For your calendar invites:
   • Includes one-click join buttons
   • Maintains your Google Meet preferences
